Training Specialist – Employee Development

About the role

J&T Express is seeking a Training Specialist to drive employee development across its logistics operations. You will design, deliver, and manage onboarding and refresher training programs, ensuring staff have the knowledge and skills required for success.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding training for new hires and refresher sessions for existing employees.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading training materials, creating quizzes, and setting assessments.
• Track training completion, assessment results, and overall employee performance.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and prioritize training needs.
• Prepare regular training reports and maintain accurate training records.
• Support continuous learning initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Trainer or Learning & Development Specialist.
• Experience in customer service, call center, logistics, or shipping environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Strong command of English.
