About the role
We are looking for a Treasury Accountant to manage daily cash flow and treasury operations for our construction and real‑estate investment business. The role ensures liquidity, prepares cash position reports and coordinates banking activities to support operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily cash flow and oversee treasury operations.
- Prepare and distribute daily cash position reports.
- Monitor bank accounts and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks on transfers, deposits, and banking facilities.
- Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury accounting.
- Prior experience in the construction and real‑estate investment industry.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of cash management and treasury operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems.
