User Experience Designer

About the role

The User Experience Designer will craft clean, effective experiences for our customers across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, you will translate user insights into intuitive, brand‑aligned solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover needs and behaviors.
• Create personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design high‑fidelity, user‑centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent designs across devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze testing results and feedback to continuously improve the experience.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HCI, Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional design experience.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with visual design and wireframing tools.
