Vendor Contract Management Analyst

About the role

The Vendor Contract Management Analyst – IT supports the Vendor Management Manager in overseeing the full lifecycle of IT vendor contracts. You will ensure compliance, track performance, and help optimise costs across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a central repository of vendor contracts, amendments and service agreements.
• Track renewal dates, key obligations and SLAs to trigger timely actions.
• Collaborate with legal and procurement to review terms and assess contractual risks.
• Generate periodic performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor costs and expenditures, ensuring payments align with contract terms.
• Identify and flag contractual risks such as service failures or compliance breaches.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries related to contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, contract administration, procurement or IT financial control.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software and cloud solutions.
• Strong ability to work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
