About the role

Join the Sheraton team in Alexandria as a Guest Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for setting tables, taking orders, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and dining areas according to standards.
• Take guest orders, communicate accurately with the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and handle guest inquiries courteously.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and bill preparation.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and uniform policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
