Warehouse Coordinator – FIFO & Inventory Management

About the role

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in 6th October City, Cairo to manage safe receipt, storage and shipment of goods while ensuring FIFO compliance and accurate inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store materials using FIFO methodology.
• Load and unload trucks, containers and tankers safely.
• Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain complete, signed and dated documentation for all transactions.
• Perform daily inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Inspect equipment such as forklifts and report any defects.
• Train and guide team members on procedures and compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Eligible to work locally and meet physical job requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP or PRISM.
• Forklift operation certification or proven experience.
