Audit Accountant – Internal Audits & ERP Review

About the role

RITZY Developments is seeking an Audit Accountant to lead internal audits, evaluate financial and operational processes, and strengthen internal controls. The role focuses on reviewing accounting records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving ERP‑based workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Perform internal audits of financial and operational processes and prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations.
• Review accounting records for compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Assess internal controls, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Analyze ERP transactions, workflows, approvals, and controls, especially within Odoo.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal or external auditing, preferably in real‑estate development.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo.
• Proficiency in reviewing ERP‑based accounting and operational processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
