Back‑Office Sales Coordinator (ERP & Documentation)

About the role

The Back‑Office Sales Coordinator will act as the central hub for all sales‑related transactions, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and effective communication between sales, logistics, finance and after‑sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage sales orders, invoices, stock reservations and delivery notes in the ERP system.
• File, verify and maintain all sales documents such as quotations, contracts and purchase orders for audit purposes.
• Provide timely updates on order status and stock availability to the sales team.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and shipping details with logistics and warehouse personnel.
• Ensure correct invoicing and payment tracking in collaboration with the finance department.
• Prepare and transfer project documentation and warranties to the after‑sales/technical support team.
• Maintain customer files, process expense reports and generate basic sales reports from the ERP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in a clerical, administrative or back‑office environment.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to handle large volumes of paperwork or digital data.
• Professional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
