Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Cairo, driving growth for Dimois Institute’s training programmes. The role focuses on identifying new corporate clients, building lasting partnerships, and promoting the institute’s accredited courses across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and target sectors for training services.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads through outreach, networking and digital channels.
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations that showcase programme benefits to corporate clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track inquiries and ensure timely follow‑up to convert prospects.
• Coordinate with curriculum designers and trainers to align offerings with client requirements.
• Attend industry events, conferences and networking meetings to raise the institute’s profile and secure new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to conduct market research and assess business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, capable of presenting solutions and building long‑term relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, sales negotiation and closing deals in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in Cairo, manage multiple priorities and meet defined performance targets.
