Center of Excellence Manager

About the role

The Center of Excellence Manager will lead the development and maintenance of management policies, governance manuals, and business process documentation across SODIC. This role ensures alignment with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and the company's strategic objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, draft, review and update corporate policies, procedures and governance manuals.
• Maintain the Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrix in line with strategic goals.
• Drive the use of a business process mapping tool to capture all processes and SOPs.
• Conduct interviews and workshops to collect process data and document workflows.
• Analyse existing processes, identify bottlenecks and recommend optimisation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and process owners to validate process maps.
• Provide training and support on the governance framework and process‑mapping tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting, process improvement, governance or a similar discipline.
• Previous experience in the real‑estate sector is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Proven track record in policy development, corporate governance and documentation.
