About the role
Sutherland is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Care Representative in Cairo. The role handles customer inquiries, resolves issues and delivers high-quality customer service. It suits an university graduate who speaks fluent English and is willing to work night and overnight shifts.
Key responsibilities
