About the role
Join Sutherland as an English‑speaking Customer Service Agent, delivering exceptional support to customers and resolving their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer assistance through phone, chat or email.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow company procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (graduates only); fully dropped‑out students may also apply.
- Male candidates must hold a valid Military Service Certificate.
- English proficiency at B2+ to C1 level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑oriented environment.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset.
Required skills
- Fluent English (B2+ to C1).
