About the role
Join Sutherland Cairo as a Customer Service Associate, providing English‑language support to customers. You will work in a dynamic call‑center environment, handling inquiries and delivering solutions while meeting clear performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality customer support in English.

Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
