About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join the Vodafone UK & Ireland account in Cairo. The position is full‑time and hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while delivering high‑quality support to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
- Identify issues, provide accurate information and resolve problems promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem‑solving.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- University graduate or dropout, resident of Cairo or willing to relocate.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
