About the role
Sutherland is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Cairo. The role provides professional technical support and troubleshooting to customers, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Guide customers through solutions in a clear and friendly manner.
- Document customer interactions and reported issues accurately.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting performance standards.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Previous technical support or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including overnight shifts.
Required skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good computer and technical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional, customer-focused attitude.
