About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our educational services team in Nasr City, Cairo. In this role you will combine sales and support activities, helping prospective students secure scholarships while delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients, present scholarship opportunities and close sales.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up with clients until contracts are signed.
- Accurately update and manage customer information in our system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Professional, flexible and quick‑thinking approach to customer interactions.
Required skills
- Good computer proficiency.
- Data entry accuracy.
