About the role
Sutherland, a global business and digital transformation partner, is hiring a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative for its Cairo office. The role focuses on keeping existing B2B customers satisfied, managing their accounts and communicating effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and effective communication
- Work in customer service, sales and retention
Required profile
- Graduates and dropouts only
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts, and with rotational shifts
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus; sales or retention experience is also valued
