About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Concentrix Hurghada site. You will interact with customers via phone or online channels, handling inquiries, processing orders and promoting basic products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers.
- Engage with customers through internet channels.
- Sell basic products and services and process customer orders.
- Provide information and basic support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight shifts.
- Available to start immediately.
