About the role
As an English Teammate (Voice) you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering support through written and verbal channels while ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support via chat, email, or phone.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service, BPO, or contact center environments preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication (minimum B2 level).
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team.
- Willingness to work shifts outside standard business hours, including nights and weekends.
Required skills
- Proficiency with desktop applications, web browsers, and email.
