About the role

Sutherland is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist in New Cairo. The role centres on handling customer interactions with efficiency and empathy, providing tailored solutions and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions efficiently and empathetically
• Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
• Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette

Required profile

• Fluency in English (B2/C1) is mandatory
• Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is essential

Required skills

• Strong customer service and customer support skills
• Problem-solving, active listening and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
