About the role
Sutherland is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist in New Cairo. The role centres on handling customer interactions with efficiency and empathy, providing tailored solutions and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions efficiently and empathetically
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette
Required profile
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) is mandatory
- Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is essential
Required skills
- Strong customer service and customer support skills
- Problem-solving, active listening and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
