Sutherland is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist in Alexandria for a client described as the biggest telecom company in the US. The specialist delivers exceptional customer support, answers inquiries, resolves issues and keeps customer satisfaction high.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions efficiently and with empathy.
- Provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.
Required profile
- Fluency in English is mandatory (B2/C1 level).
