About the role
Sutherland is hiring a Customer Service Specialist (Customer Support Associate) for a full-time, on-site position in Cairo. The role delivers exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues and keeping customer satisfaction high.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions efficiently and with empathy
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette
Required profile
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) is mandatory
- Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply
- Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is essential
Required skills
- Strong customer service and customer support skills
- Problem-solving, active listening and attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and communication techniques (a plus)
