About the role
Sutherland is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist in Alexandria. The specialist delivers customer support for a hospitality account, handling inquiries and issues while keeping customer satisfaction high.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues
- Provide tailored solutions to customers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette
Required profile
- Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply
- Fluency in English is mandatory (B2/C1)
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is a must
Required skills
- Strong customer service and customer support skills
- Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and customer experience
- Problem-solving, active listening and attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and communication techniques (a plus)
