DevOps & SysOps Architect (HPC, GPU, Kubernetes)

About the role

Integrant is looking for a Senior Lead who combines hands-on SysOps/HPC expertise with the strategic vision of a solution architect. The role sits at the intersection of technical execution and presales, designing and running mission-critical GPU, HPC and Kubernetes platforms while co-creating opportunities with commercial teams. At least 60% of the time is spent on implementation and technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and solution teams to qualify opportunities and lead presales: discovery workshops, RFP responses, architecture presentations and POCs, plus technical materials and client advisory.
• Work inside client accounts as a senior SysOps/DevOps engineer: run, troubleshoot and optimise production Kubernetes clusters and GPU/HPC environments, and own Linux system administration (kernel tuning, storage, networking, performance profiling).
• Implement and maintain IaC pipelines, GitOps workflows and CI/CD systems, and act as the senior escalation point for complex incidents.
• Design end-to-end cloud, hybrid and on-premises HPC architectures, including workload isolation, networking and storage strategies, and produce ADRs, solution blueprints and runbooks.

Required profile

• Deep Linux expertise, including kernel tuning, NVMe and network stack tuning.
• Ability to design and operate GPU compute platforms at scale, including MIG partitioning, Run:AI scheduling and Triton/TensorRT inference.
• Understanding of HPC storage such as GPUDirect Storage, Weka and Ceph.
• Operational leadership: incident response, RCA, change management, disaster recovery and runbooks.
