Domestic Tour Operator

About the role

Travel Nexus Egypt is seeking an experienced Domestic Tour Operator to join its sales team. You will be responsible for promoting and managing domestic travel packages, ensuring customers receive seamless and memorable experiences across Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and handle domestic tour packages, including accommodation, flights, and sightseeing excursions.
• Prepare detailed vacation itineraries, offering both ready‑made and customized options based on client needs.
• Respond to last‑minute travel requests from corporate clients and adjust bookings accordingly.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and other travel suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to update the ERP and CRM systems with accurate booking information.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales or tour operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, time‑management and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online booking systems.
• Experience using ERP and CRM platforms.
