Education B2C Sales Executive

About the role

The Education B2C Sales Executive will work on‑site in Cairo to promote Farid Academy’s character‑development and wellbeing programmes to parents and families. This full‑time position focuses on generating qualified leads, consulting caregivers, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective families through lead generation activities.
• Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations tailored to each child’s age and needs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment, ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM.
• Track pipeline metrics, prepare basic data‑reporting, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and program teams to align messaging and support community events, workshops and information sessions.

Required profile

• Strong B2C sales experience, preferably in education or service‑based environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse families.
• Ability to work independently on‑site, stay organized and meet target‑driven goals.
• Bachelor’s degree (any field) and at least one month of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
