About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic English‑speaking candidates to join our customer support team, providing voice and chat assistance to a global market. The position is based in Sheikh Zayed and involves handling inbound calls.

Key responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat.
Maintain service quality during 9‑hour rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations.
Take a 1 hour 15 minute break as scheduled.

Required profile

Graduates or undergraduates with no ongoing academic commitments.
Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
Fluent in English.
