About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic English‑speaking candidates to join our customer support team, providing voice and chat assistance to a global market. The position is based in Sheikh Zayed and involves handling inbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat.
• Maintain service quality during 9‑hour rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations.
• Take a 1 hour 15 minute break as scheduled.

Required profile

• Graduates or undergraduates with no ongoing academic commitments.
• Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
• Fluent in English.
