About the role
TaskUs is looking for an English Teammate (Voice) to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality support through chat, email, or phone. The role demands strong communication skills and a passion for solving problems in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide written and verbal support to customers via chat, email, or phone.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a customer service, BPO, or contact‑center setting is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English skills (minimum B2 level) and ability to work independently or in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with desktop applications, including web browsers and email clients.
