About the role

The Export Sales Specialist ensures that masterbatch export operations comply with regulations, are executed efficiently, and support the company's international growth. The role provides technical guidance to the sales team, helping to resolve complex customer inquiries and delivering solutions that match both client needs and company capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Offer technical support to the sales team and address complex customer inquiries.
• Analyze and improve sales coordination processes and tools, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to design and propose technical solutions, customizing products or services for specific client requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for technical processes, sales tools, and solutions, ensuring accuracy and currency.
• Train and mentor junior sales coordination engineers and sales team members on technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work closely with engineering, product development, and other technical teams to ensure feasibility of sales solutions.
• Engage with key clients to understand technical requirements, provide expert advice, and support deal closure.
• Analyze sales data and technical performance metrics to recommend improvements.
• Manage technical aspects of sales projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Address and resolve technical issues during the sales process to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
