About the role

Bosta, an overnight delivery provider for e‑commerce in Egypt, is looking for a First Mile Operations Senior Specialist to lead pickup coordination and capacity planning. You will work closely with merchants, commercial teams, and operations to ensure smooth inbound logistics.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate first‑mile pickup operations and daily capacity planning.
Monitor and improve fill‑rate performance across merchants and sellers.
Collaborate with commercial teams on merchant onboarding and account setup.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting pickup efficiency.
Track and report inbound performance metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply‑chain operations.
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with data.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Experience managing merchant or seller relationships is a plus.
