German Sales Team Leader – Call Center

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic German Sales Team Leader to head a group of German‑speaking Sales and Account Management specialists in our call‑center operations. You will drive revenue growth, pipeline development and upselling while ensuring high client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of German‑speaking sales professionals.
- Set and monitor monthly quantitative targets such as revenue, pipeline and upsell rates.
- Maintain qualitative standards, including client satisfaction and key performance indicators.
- Prepare internal reports and align team activities with senior management.
- Foster a deep understanding of German business culture within the team.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a call‑center environment.
- Near‑native/bilingual proficiency in German (C1/C2).
- Fluent English (B2/C1) for corporate reporting and coordination.
