About the role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Adopt a friendly, helpful, and pleasant attitude toward every guest.
- Assist guests with business‑center needs and other on‑site services.
- Contact the appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems promptly.
- Maintain close cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Required profile
- University degree, preferably in Tourism or Hotel Management.
- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Opera or a related property‑management system (preferred).
