Managing Director/Head of Family Office

About the role

The Managing Director/Head of Family Office will set the strategic direction and lead the operational management of Agreus Limited across global markets. Reporting to the Board, the role ensures financial targets, growth objectives, and the organisation’s values are met while maintaining compliance with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global strategy in line with the Board’s vision, identifying growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
• Represent the company to investors, regulators, partners and the public, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee the strategic asset allocation and execution of investment strategy for a diversified portfolio of liquid and private‑market assets.
• Partner with portfolio company boards to drive operational improvements, growth initiatives and value‑creation strategies.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations across all regions, ensuring efficiency, scalability and alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation and profitability management.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading global organisations or family offices with a focus on investment oversight.
• Strong cross‑cultural competence and ability to navigate complex international environments.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with next‑generation family members and support long‑term stewardship.
• Excellent communication skills for Board reporting and stakeholder engagement.
