About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Insurance Consultant to join Misr Life Insurance – Takaful in Maadi, Cairo. The role is hybrid, allowing you to meet clients on‑site while handling follow‑up tasks remotely. You will advise individuals and businesses on Sharia‑compliant life and long‑term medical insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients in Cairo and conduct needs assessments.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and assist with policy applications.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with policyholders, answer inquiries, and provide basic claims guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve sales targets ethically while promoting the brand’s Sharia principles.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Effective sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with an ethical focus.
• Basic understanding of insurance concepts, especially life and medical takaful.
• Organizational and time‑management competence to handle multiple clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce or related field preferred; insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
• High integrity, commitment to inclusive practices, and desire for a long‑term insurance career.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Arabic; functional English is an advantage.
