National Sales Manager – Insulation Solutions

About the role

The National Sales Manager will lead GlassRock Insulation’s sales efforts across Egypt, shaping strategy, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This senior position reports directly to senior management and works closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to meet business targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Set and monitor regional, product, and segment sales targets and forecasts.
• Lead, coach, and motivate regional and area sales managers, establishing KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, negotiating high‑value deals.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, supply chain, and production to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide market feedback for product improvement and innovation.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10‑15 years of sales experience, including 3‑5 years in a national or senior managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership abilities.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
