Operations Director (Healthcare & Medical Education)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Director to lead and scale the operational functions of our fast‑growing healthcare education organization. Based in Nasr City, you will transform our current processes into a data‑driven, high‑performance system that supports clinical training, on‑site educational programs and professional development for healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the existing operational structure and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, document and standardise workflows, SOPs and operational dashboards.
• Strengthen accountability and communication across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Academic teams.
• Define clear KPIs, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead scheduling, resource planning and compliance for clinical training and on‑site programs.
• Develop and mentor operational teams to foster a culture of ownership and discipline.

Required profile

• 7+ years of operations experience, with at least 3 years leading operational teams.
• Background in healthcare, medical services, medical education or related service operations.
• Proven track record of building scalable operational systems rather than merely managing day‑to‑day tasks.
• Strong analytical, leadership and decision‑making abilities.
