Outbound Sales Executive - Property Sales

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the Dubizzle Group, is looking for an Outbound Sales Executive for property sales in Cairo. The role drives revenue growth by proactively reaching out to property owners and businesses, converting leads into paying customers through internal payment channels and expanding the B2B footprint alongside the traditional C2C base.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell property solutions, tailoring offers to each client's needs and budget
• Meet and exceed monthly conversion targets with high-quality ARPU
• Follow up on pending payments and active accounts to ensure steady revenue flow
• Guide clients to process all transactions through the internal channel and explain the payment portfolio
• Handle complex B2B and C2C negotiations and close deals
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and build lasting client relationships
• Use call centre software, scripts and tools, and meet daily call, conversion and revenue KPIs
• Conduct market research surveys with buyers and sellers, collect consumer, competitor and market data, and enter it into the CRM
• Take part in training and follow company policies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent certification
• Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably property
• At least 1 year of general business experience including problem resolution, business writing, quality improvement and customer service
• Good understanding of company products, services and policies
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work a fast-paced, high-performing team

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and CRM software, strong typing
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills
• Active listening, verbal and written communication, and patience with difficult cases
