About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team at NASS Academy in Mokattam, Cairo. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery for our operations.
Key responsibilities
- Research and evaluate prospective suppliers to verify they meet quality, pricing and delivery standards.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules to secure optimal value.
- Process and track purchase orders, ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Maintain a database of qualified suppliers and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management in developing sourcing strategies.
Required profile
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems.
