Purchase-to-Pay Accountant (Turkish/English) – Full‑time

About the role

Join Henkel's Source-to-Pay team in Egypt as a Purchase‑to‑Pay Accountant. You will manage accounts payable processes, support vendor relationships and ensure smooth customs and clearance activities for Turkey while contributing to the company's digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute customs and clearance activities for Turkey and monitor related documentation.
• Validate, post and resolve supplier invoices, including blocked or disputed items.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations, handle debit/credit balances and clear suspense accounts.
• Respond to vendor claims, tickets and inquiries, and support internal/external audit requests.
• Drive continuous process improvements and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts or Languages.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase‑to‑Pay.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
