Remote Real Estate Call Center Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Real Estate Call Center Agent to join our team. The role focuses on acquiring and managing property listings, building relationships with owners, and supporting our sales team with a high‑quality inventory of properties for sale or rent.

Key responsibilities

• Contact property owners to discuss selling or leasing opportunities.
• Secure new listings through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research.
• Build and maintain long‑term trusted relationships with landlords and owners.
• Collect detailed property data (location, price, type, size, features, availability).
• Provide owners with market insights and pricing recommendations.
• Draft and publish compelling property advertisements on major portals and company platforms.
• Keep property data, descriptions, photos and key selling points accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with photography, marketing and sales teams to promote listings.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with owners regarding availability and price changes.
• Update and manage all information in the CRM system.
• Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements for lead generation.
• Supply the sales team with qualified, current listings to facilitate deals.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs for call volume, new listings and owner meetings.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Listing Agent, Real Estate Consultant, Telesales Representative or in Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of the real‑estate market; experience in the UAE market is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage property owners and secure exclusive or open listings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Persuasive with a track record of acquiring high‑quality properties.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and goal‑oriented, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using digital real‑estate platforms for listing creation and management.
