About the role
Fort Capital is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Representative to promote its frozen potato product range across retail outlets in Cairo. You will be responsible for ensuring product availability, attractive shelf presentation, and building strong relationships with store managers to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Sell frozen potato products to retail outlets within an assigned territory.
- Maintain product availability and ensure proper in‑store display.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales targets and report performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in FMCG or retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Oracle ERP (order‑to‑cash processes).
