Sales Advisor

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our 5th Settlement branch, focusing on home appliances and electronics. The successful candidate will engage customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product solutions while driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell a range of home appliances and electronic products to walk‑in and inbound customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and present features effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and after‑sales support.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
