Sales Area Manager

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for a Sales Area Manager in Maadi, Egypt, to lead a team of sales representatives and drive sales performance in the financial services sector. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and works full time, with days off on Fridays and Saturdays and working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team, run regular performance evaluations, coaching and training, and design incentive programs and KPIs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned area, analyze market trends, competitors and customers, and work with marketing and product teams on campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, resolve escalated issues and report customer feedback.
• Track sales metrics, forecast performance, prepare reports for senior management and keep CRM and reporting tools up to date.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and fintech industry standards, and stay informed on products and regulations.

Required profile

• 7 years of experience; a fintech background is a must.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Male gender requirement stated in the posting.
• Good English.
