Sales Associate – Home Appliances

About the role

EHAB CENTER, a family‑owned home‑appliances retailer in Egypt, is looking for a full‑time Sales Associate to join its team in El Alamein. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right products across a wide range of home‑appliance and related items.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and promotions.
• Answer inquiries about product availability, delivery options and basic after‑sales support.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
• Support sales reporting and collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets.
• Participate in ongoing training on new products and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales skills with a focus on identifying needs and closing sales ethically.
• Experience in retail or consumer electronics/home‑appliance sales is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in El Alamein, including weekends and peak periods.
• Attention to detail, reliability and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with common office applications.
