Sales Engineer – Electrical Distribution

About the role

Roaya Group for Electrical Contracting and Supplies is looking for a goal‑oriented Sales Engineer to support its electrical distribution business. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive sales of transformers, generators, UPS systems and related equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for clients, focusing on electrical transformers, RMU, LV panels, cables, UPS, generators, ATS, PFC and MVSG.
• Generate new leads, visit potential customers, and nurture relationships with consultants.
• Respond to inquiries and tenders, preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals that meet client specifications.
• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through negotiation, forecasting and deal closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 0‑2 years of sales engineering experience in electrical equipment, transformers or energy sectors.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
