About the role

Centene is seeking a Senior Director of Medical Economics to lead enterprise‑wide analytics initiatives that drive value for its 28 million members. The role partners with clinical, operational and business leaders to translate strategic goals into data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of analytic tools, financial models and forecasting solutions across multiple health plans.
• Prioritize and manage enterprise‑wide analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Oversee savings validation, performance monitoring, and executive reporting for strategic healthcare initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, balancing resource allocation with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics, financial modeling or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization without the need for future visa sponsorship.
• Proven leadership experience managing senior‑level stakeholder relationships.
