Showroom Sales Specialist

About the role

Aim Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Specialist to join its fast‑paced, customer‑focused team in Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping them discover the right products and solutions while contributing to the showroom’s overall sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their needs and present suitable products.
• Provide detailed product information and prepare accurate quotations.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Maintain attractive, organized product displays and ensure the showroom remains presentable.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee smooth order processing and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month experience in a showroom or retail environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales techniques, including closing and upselling.
• Basic knowledge of interior design concepts is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo, including extended hours when needed.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and reliable with sales documentation.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications; English language skills are a plus.
