About the role

The Small Business Finance Quality Assurance Officer ensures that bank‑financed medical equipment is correctly received, installed, and documented at clinics and healthcare providers. This role combines field verification with detailed reporting to support audit and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site visits to clinics and healthcare providers to verify receipt and installation of financed medical equipment.
• Confirm equipment specifications, quantities and serial numbers match approved financing records.
• Capture clear photographs of equipment and premises to satisfy verification and audit requirements.
• Obtain and validate equipment price quotations and related documentation for consistency with financing terms.
• Document findings and submit accurate, timely reports highlighting results and any discrepancies.
• Report missing equipment, documentation gaps or other irregularities to relevant stakeholders for investigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Marketing or an equivalent field.
• 0–2 years of experience in field operations, verification, customer service or a related role.
• Access to a smartphone with a high‑quality camera or a professional camera for documentation purposes.

Required skills

• Ability to photograph and document medical equipment accurately.
