Small Business Finance Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Small Business Finance Quality Assurance Officer to conduct on‑site verification of bank‑financed medical equipment in clinics and healthcare providers. The role ensures that financed assets are correctly received, installed and documented in line with financing agreements, supporting audit and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clinics and healthcare facilities to confirm receipt and proper installation of financed medical equipment.
• Verify that equipment specifications, quantities and serial numbers match approved financing records and supporting documents.
• Capture clear, high‑resolution photographs of equipment and premises for audit evidence.
• Obtain and validate price quotations and related paperwork to ensure consistency with financing terms.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on findings, highlighting any discrepancies or irregularities.
• Escalate missing equipment, documentation gaps or other issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Marketing or an equivalent field.
• 0–2 years of experience in field operations, verification, customer service or a related role.
• Ability to travel to various clinic locations and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a high‑quality camera (smartphone or professional) for photographic documentation.
